White Rabbit
Like the rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, I'm late, I'm late. Hasn't been a lot to write about lately. Here are some fun things.... Alabama White Sauce Down in Alabama they have a BBQ sauce they call Alabama White Sauce. I heard about it on the Food Network. I found a simple recipe for it, made some and I've got to tell you it is a miracle food. I hope you'll try it because it will truly surprise you. Here's the simple recipe (this is enough for 2-4 people) 1/2 cup real mayonnaise 2 tablespoons vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar) 2 teaspoons lemon juice black pepper to taste I put all this in my small food processor, whip it up and you've never tasted better mayo or, actually, a better sauce. I also like to add more goodies to help jazz it up...
